Providing the technical direction, vision and leadership for Seamgen, Marc Alringer has more than 20 years of information technology development and management experience in the healthcare and wireless industries. Prior to founding Seamgen, he served as CTO for Ujogo.com and VP of Product Development at Abovehealth, where he architected a SaaS platform that delivers a HIPAA compliant solution to over 30 insurance carriers.
Vice President, Product Quality
Darin Dew brings 17 years of experience in the development of mission-critical enterprise software. He is responsible for maintaining the highest standards in application performance and compliance. Dew was previously the Vice President of Product Quality for Vocus, the leading provider of on-demand public relations software. He has worked on a wide range of products with stakeholders at all stages of the application lifecycle.
As a senior software engineer and system architect, Rod Macpherson provides Seamgen with more than twenty years of experience in the software industry. Macpherson is a system architect and responsible for defining the overall structure of the various sub-systems from the database to client. Macpherson has extensive experience operating in Agile environments with a heavy emphasis unit and integration testing, continuous release and time-boxed release cycles.
Director, Web Development
Shannon Bell joined Seamgen in 2010, and has over 15 years of experience in interaction design and developing user interfaces. Bell brings both a visual and strategic touch to all of Seamgen’s development projects, and has an innate ability to deliver high quality front end development methodologies. Starting with solid information architecture, Shannon seamlessly organizes complex tasks into simple, intuitive interfaces.
Director, User Experience
With over 16 years of experience, Luke Stotler provides insight, direction and project management for all visual design and usability strategies at Seamgen. To date, Stotler’s key achievements include, but are not limited to, launching a web department from the ground up, increasing buyer conversion rates through redesigning customer facing interfaces and successfully deploying a company-wide usability testing process that is enamored by clients.
Director, Mobile Strategy
Rob DeRosa joined Seamgen in 2011, and has over 13 years of experience in software development. DeRosa has built several successful mobile applications, and oversees the mobile deployment of applications from concept to commercialization. His strategic project management skills serve as an asset for mentoring Seamgen’s mobile development team, and he leads the mobile architecture design for all client mobile software applications.
